An evening like this is carried by many hands. Our deepest thanks to the Harvest Moon planning committee, who shaped every detail of the night; to the Harvest Solutions Farm volunteers and the FFA student volunteers and their advisor, who worked the fields and the floor; to the Orange County Bartenders Guild, who kept every glass full; to the night-of volunteer crew, who made the evening run seamlessly; to the silent auction team and every business that donated an auction package; and to Glenn Tanaka and the entire Tanaka Farms staff, who welcomed us into their fields and made us feel at home.
Harvest Moon is our annual outdoor benefit dinner at Tanaka Farms, bringing together farmers, chefs, and community members for one evening to celebrate and support a stronger regional food system. Proceeds support farm operations, agricultural education, and food distribution across Southern California.
